For those who have sent in their competition entries for the ADVANCE LEVEL – Technical Scales, please be informed that there has been a slight mistake / changes in the requirements as below, added in red and bold.

- 4 Octaves Similar motion scales in Major, Natural, Harmonic and Melodic Minor, Legato & Staccato. Hands together.
- 2 Octaves Staccato octaves of Major, Natural, Harmonic & Melodic Minor. Hands together and separately.
- 2 4 Octaves Scales in 3rds, Major and harmonic minor in all keys, separate hands, legato only
- 2 Octaves Minor 3rds for chromatic, in all keys. Separate hands & Legato only.
- 2 Octaves Scales in 6ths apart for Major and Harmonic minor scales for all keys, Legato & Staccato
- 4 Octaves Arpeggios and Dominant 7ths (in all positions)
